Dr. Kaplan started Honors College before age 16, graduated and began Medical School before age 19. She is Phi Beta Kappa and has received many Honors and Awards.
Dr Kaplan was the Medical Editor for NBC Channel 7 News. She has over two dozen scientific publications and has lectured nationally. She is a renowned author and expert on the subjects of Facial Cosmesis and Vision. She has a United States Patented Lens Implant and is a Fellowship trained MicroSurgeon.
She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a Diplomat of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Board Certified and a member of the Fellow American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
