The camera was modelled after the human eye. The Lens within our eye, focuses light reflected off an object onto the film in the back of the eye called the Retina. Reflected Light penetrates the clear window of the eye called the Cornea. Light passes through the opening called the Pupil in the center of the colored diaphragm called the Iris, It travels through the liquid jelly called the Vitreous and stimulates the vision cells of the Macula and Retina called Rods and Cones. The stimulated vision cells send their message to the brain through the Optic Nerve where we interpret what we see. All this is possible only if our Eyelids are in good position, blink and close properly, and produce healthy Tears without infection
